Not downloading EPG this week- Topfield 7100

Icetv was working properly last week until this Sunday- I have the information for Mon Dec 8- But that doesnt help me when its the 1st...
The Ice TV Ping test works- but when downloading guide it has some mapping problem??
I have the latest firmware. What can I do?

From what we can tell this is a problem with the latest firmware, to keep the IceTV Guide downloading you will need to downgrade back to the previous firmware with a filename of 20081029.upd.

I've been advised Topfield Korea engineers are flying into sydney very soon to try to get these issues resolved again.

Hopefully they have some more discussion with you or your staff to get this issue resolved.

Yep, they should be here today actually, one of the days they are out we have one of our engineers going out to see them.

Might be a good time to explain to them why Pre-padding is needed in addition to the post-padding.
