We're Moving.

We are moving offices this week (starting Monday the 17th of November) and although we have been busy packing boxes in preparation for the move, there is likely to be some downtime.

We are changing our phone system as part of the move and we may not be able to adhere to our regular Customer Support hours during this time. We will do our best to make the move as seamless as possible and without causing too many interruptions to our regular Customer Support offered to customers, but we apologise in advance for any short delays experienced as a result.

Please ensure that you leave a message if you are trying to contact our Customer Support team via the 1300 654 803 line, or use our email support system (via the Contact Us page) as another alternative (if the matter is not as urgent). We will do our very best to respond to your query as quickly and as reliably as possible.

Moving office is never an easy task for any company no matter how big or how small. Rest assured we will try to be back up and running as quickly as humanly possible and we thank all IceTV Users for remaining patient during this time.
