7 Guide data incorrect, 3 weeks and no reply

Ok,

As I said my guide data for channel 7 is incorrect. In particular "How I met your mother" doesn't show up.

I contacted the "Errors in EPG" department and 3 weeks later still awaiting a response or for it to be fixed.

Hope by posting here I will get a response.

Anyone else being ignored?

All I can say is that it has always been shown in my EPG in Melbourne.
EMail support can be slow, I suggest that if it is that important to you, call them on the phone.
