IceTV Server Upgrade

We are currently in the process of upgrading our web servers to improve the efficiency of the IceTV service.

After extensive testing we do not envisage any problems after the upgrade.

The upgrade is scheduled to occur in the early hours of Tuesday morning (15/07/2008). During the upgrade all IceTV services and webpages will be temporarily unavailable.

To ensure that no problems are encountered after the upgrade we recommend that first thing Tuesday morning all IceTV customers simply restart their PVR's or Media Centers.

If you experience any problems during or after the upgrade please don't hesitate to contact IceTV Support using the Contact Us page on the IceTV site.

Our scheduled IceTV Server Upgrade is now complete. We finished the necessary upgrade to our web servers early this morning. All of our services are up and running, even quicker than before.
