Can't record 2 channels with Pinnacle PCTV Diversity 'Dual Tuner' Stick

Hi all,
I am running Windows Vista Home Premium with Media Center and for the life of me I cannot get the above tuner to record two channels or even watch one and record another. The message popping up says "No TV signal which is NOT the case. There is an excellent signal watching one channel.

One channel at the time and all is fine.

Also, when using the Pinnacle software same problem.

Can anyone help please

Correction. It does work with the Pinnacle software but NOT with MCE in Vista

Sorry, but getting in contact with Pinnacle is probably your best option.

Sounds like it might be a driver or settings issue. Pinnacle should know though.
