Why has AutoSkip just decided to expire

As if us skippa owners are annoyed enough already, another kick in the guts Autoskip expired today. I aslo don't understand why I have to pay monthly for the guide that was meant to be included in my Skippa purchase. The people who took over the guide should have to honour the skippa lifetime free guide. This is the only icetv device I have.

Mine has done this also. I haven't yet decided on whether I will get a new subscription to IceTV but would like to know if this is going to be fixed.

I suspect this issue may be related to the Issues being reported today regarding paying for IceTV access.

It seems that while IceTV indicated that access would continue for another week, many have lost access.

I doubt it was intentional, but somehow the new payment gateway has caused a problem.

Paying for a month appears to fix it. Auto renewing fixes it as well.

Hi Guys,

This has been fixed now, the weeks grace period is now up and running for autoskip, to force an update just restart the SKIPPA (otherwise it will update within about 12 hours or so).
