I am having issues with  the new interactive web and Safari browser on my iMac. The previous and next 6 hour buttons are not responding. Tried Firefox and OK on there.

Just received the Humax HDR-7500. One issue I have, and a setting that I have always seen in other Wi-Fi devices, is the ability to set static IP addressing. The Humax doesn't appear to be able to have static IP other than the LAN. My network is static IP as I have devices that I access over a VPN. Bit disappointing or am I missing something?

I know Adelaide had the analogue service switched off recently but I was not aware that digital frequencies will be changing Australia wide starting May 2013.

Famers Wants A Wife, Wednesday Channel 9 Adelaide, last week was on the EPG for 8pm start, when it actually started at 8:30pm so the wife missed the last bit! This week is also on at 8:30pm going by third party guides but IceTV guide and my reservation is showing an 8pm start. Big  Brother, showing 7pm start and duration of 60 minutes is actually 90 minute duration.

Back in late 2010 IceTV offered extended warranty for 5 years for products bought from them through United. This company is now in liquidation! I have been told if you have bought the extended warranty from IceTV it is now useless.

Topfield 2460. I have noticed many yellow error icons since the server migration. The Topfield reservations appear to be OK though. I have also noticed on the website guide that the program times don't line up correctly at times. Maybe this is causing these errors?

Would IceTV techs have any idea why the EPG fetch on my Topfield 2460 stalls on a daily basis? This is occurring since updating to the new Novenber 2011 firmware. I am not the only one having this issue as several have mentioned it on the Topfield forum. The Topfield needs to be placed in standby and then rebooted to get the fetch to work again. Could it be an IceTV server configuration issue?

Anybody having a similar problem to me? I have tried to do a re-scan of all channels to incorporate the new ABC 24 hour news channel and the new 3D test channel. As soon as the scan gets to the 3D test channel it goes no further. Tried factory reset, re-boot several times but still no go!

Hi all. Purchased the 7100 recently after a very bad experience with a 7000. I said I would never go Topfield again but I liked the specs of the 7100. Must say, so far, it has been excellent. Ice is working perfectly. One question though regarding interactive. If I select a series recording I get the option of any channel/this channel. That is good, no problem, but if I want to select just a one off recording I don't get that option and I am finding that if the program is on both SD and HD it records both, so I get two recordings of the same show! Why isn't the "any channel/this channel" option available on single recordings? Or am I missing something?
