Some of the 7pm ABC News bulletins have been renamed 'ABC News Summer'. This has been mentioned in previous years, can we please revert naming to 'ABC News' so existing timer works for the entire week?

My series recording is not generating timers all of a sudden? I can see the episodes in upcoming episodes but they say "This show is part of a series recording but will not be recorded." I have used the "Record this airing" option to create timers.

Are there issues with your platform currently?

Saturday & Sunday - In addition to the 7pm session there is a 12pm session being picked up in Series Recording.

Brisbane ABC News channel is blank in my EPG. I've tried restarting my T4.

I was taping the Lions game tomorrow night. I've noticed the timer has been deleted, when I checked EPG it now has the time slot title showing as "To Be Advised"?

I'm not sure Neighbours should be flagged a repeat on Thursday, 17th Feb.

Strange that this new season is still not in the new Series section, in addition when will the repeat entries for Season 7 be removed and Season 9 entered?

Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th @18:30 incorrectly tagged as Repeat.

ABC News on Saturday at midday is getting detected in my ABC News evening bulletin timer. The Sunday midday bulletin is called ABC News At Noon.

I have notifications set up in forum settings but I never receive any emails? I have set to Instantly, first unread and Replies and Moderation. I marked all messages read in forum. The current topic notification area shows my single topic so it should work right?

Any thoughts you could share?

On my Plex EPG I am missing the logo for SBS HD LCN30. All the other channels have logo.

Last night my Beyonwiz T4 and T2 Ice TV clients started requesting my password. I went to check your forums but your entire domain appeared offline. When it was working again I rebooted both boxes but they both still requested Ice TV passwords. I left things as were and headed to bed. This morning they were both still requesting password? So I rebooted both again but made no difference. Logs show token missing password required.

I entered password on both devices and they logged in and starting syncing straight away.

I know it's early morning but I was curious if Ice were intending to email their user base that they would need to enter their password again. My concern would be if I had been away for a period I would be blissfully unaware nothing was taping once the current timers were exhausted.

Has the web site changed lately? I can't find the navigation menu and have to navigate the site from links at the bottom of page.

Just wanting to confirm if the Ice TV guide region is changed, what happens with existing series recordings? Do I need to screenshot them and recreate?

LCN 95 is now broadcasting GEM HD. LCN 95 is missing from my Guide Settings?

Was just advertised on 7Mate for Thursday 19:30, it also appears on their web site tv guide.

Are you sure the coming weeks shows are repeats? I'll change my Series Recording to include repeats for now but my wife advises me that there are never repeats.

I have Modern Family set up as a Series Recording for 'First Runs Only' but My Week is showing two Repeat Shows on sunday night 6:30pm & 7:00pm both scheduled to record? I tried saving the My Shows entry again but made no difference.

Had two issues last night due to the Election Debate. On my Beyonwiz DP-P2 Dancing With The Stars timer didn't get changed from 6.30 start to 7.30pm start so PVR started recording the Debate at 6.30pm and on my DP-H1 the ABC News timer was removed for 7pm but wasn't replaced with a timer at 6pm so nothing recorded?

I thought changes to schedule were dynamically handled by ICE?
