Hi All

Does anyone have a direct email address for Tech support? I sent a message to them using the Web contact us form on Sunday evening its now Tuesday afternoon and I've had no reply :(

I have a major problem with my Icetv and I don't know how to fix it, all was well has been for ages then I came home one day and there's no recording set (Win7 Media Centre) even though I have over a dozen for the coming week showing in my interactive. I do have internet access, I do have plenty of hard drive space, I have rebooted and I've gone into the web interactive and clicked resend all recordings. Not sure what step to take next.

I have a series record set for The Block I can see Mondays, Tues, Wednesday etc EPs are set to record but for some reason tonights(sunday) has not recordered Why? Looking at the history of WMC it just has cancelled next to it but doesn't list why. The cancelled episode is listed as Program Title The Block: Glasshouse:Welcome to the Block, Episode Title Welcome To the block the other episodes for the week are listed as The Block: Glasshouse, "Episode name" seems like the original series name was incorrectly named but why was the updated title not sent from ice then recorded at my end, bit disappointed that I've missed the opening episode. 

Currently 3 episodes of the block on Saturday are popping up as to be recorded in my interactive even though I have it set to first runs only and all 3 are marked as repeats.

There is a repeat of the Blacklist Pilot on Seven tonight at 11pm it is currently incorrectly marked as a new episode

The Perth guide is showing the At the movies Saturday afternoon ep as being new it's not, it is a repeat

I've had a number of repeated episodes of The Block record recently even though I'm marked for first runs only.
I notice there's another marked for tonight 11pm its a repeat episode but is not marked as such

Last ep my machine(WMC) recorded was S03EP20 which was around the 22nd April but I'm hearing that channel ten may have flicked this onto a late Sunday night(5/5) slot. Was Ice aware of that? did they put it into the schedule? if so any clue why my machine didn't record it when I have a long standing series record for the show :(

Nine have started showing repeats of the Block in the late evening and afternoon, Ice TV correctly have them marked as repeats however the Interactive and my htpc are setting recordings for them even though I have the show set to first runs only.

Can you please look in to this

Did any else have issues with this this week?  I have a series record of The Big C and expected to see 2 eps recorded as I believe that's what screened. Instead I ended up with a show called Jailhouse Girls(which included some of the Big C because of my padding) and just one ep of the Big C. Not happy second time in a fortnight this has happened was there a last minute change by Gem? because I could've sworn I saw both eps correctly scheduled in the interactive earlier in the week.

I just sat down to watch my recording of The Good Wife from Wednesday only to find that only the first episode was recorded instead of both new eps which aired, why is that? I believe the change to a double ep was done 3 days prior to airing and was well publicised. Did Ice have it in the schedule was it marked as new or repeat what went wrong? as you don't keep a history of the schedule on the website I can't go back and check but for a paid service I expect better.  >:(

This weeks ep of Hawaii 5.0 is a repeat but is not marked as such it is Episode 20 season 2 'Ha'alele'
This is because Ten are fast tracking the show and last weeks ep was pre-empted in the states due to the storm
The perils of fast tracking which I will gladly put up with  8)

Hello at Ice

While I enjoy receiving email offers for discount memberships/PVRs/Tuners and I don't mind the What's on TV type newsletter however I do not appreciate receiving emails from you trying to sell me Readers Digest Subscriptions. TV and PVR related emails fine but this is a paid subscription not a free service so I do not expect to see you augmenting your income by spam selling me magazines/books/wine or anything else under the sun. I looked in my account to turn off this new annoyance but it seems to be an all or nothing type situation please consider fine tuning your contact options or I will be turning all email contact from Ice off :(

On Saturday afternoon there's an Ep of At the Movies marked as new but it would just be a repeat of tonight's ep right? Strangely it's also marked as being on the ABCs News channel I didn't realise it screened on that channel

Sevens Website and TV Tonight are reporting that tonights episode the 2nd last for the season will be on at 11pm. Ice and Yourtv are showing it as 11.30pm. I suspect 11pm is actually correct but we shall see I plan on recording the preceding show just in case

Perth is getting Game 3 of the NBL Grand Final Live!!!!! On One Hd 3.30pm Tuesday no confirmation yet on when the other states will be seeing it

Was just wondering how to tell why a series record is not scheduled to record. I have a series recording set up for My Kitchen Rules but tonights is greyed out and states it is not going to record even though its not marked as a repeat?
The ones later in the week are all set to record corrrectly, I can't seem to see why this one is not
