Right now I'm having trouble getting the ICE Tap to fetch the Ice EPG via the AP.

So I'm wondering if it's possible to update them via USB instead just to get me going?

I've been having trouble now for a couple of weeks trying to get some initial install issues sorted on my 6000 with the ICE TAP. So my subscription is going to waste.

Is the phone support always that busy that I only get the voice mail system? Is there ever a good time to call?

I don't want to cancel my subscription as I'm looking forward to the system working.

Any suggestions about getting through? Morning, evening midday calling times?

Hi Guys,
I've noticed on the website (Ice TV) a note regarding logging in issues. Is this still current? I"ve just bought a TP6000, got a Ice subscription and went through the process of installing the TAP. I get as far as the Toppy saying it needs to fetch info from the Ice TV server. I say Ok, then 10 seconds later it's back with the same request. Basically it's as far as I've got.

Any help?
