I just noticed that episode 1 of The Suspect was scheduled last night at 9.02pm on ABC, hence being marked as a repeat tonight but the other episodes should be new.  I'll leave episode 1 as is for now, and if you could advise if it did screen and you were able to record it last night.

Hi Adrian, SBS has this marked as a series premiere and we do not have it in the database so marking as a new series.  It is not beyond the realms of possibility that they previously screened it under a different title - it wouldn't be the first time! but can see nothing similar.
