It is my understanding that this model Humax has two tuners so should allow two programmes to be recorded simultaneously on different Networks (say 10HD and ABCHD). I often do this.

However, if I want to record two programmes back-to-back from the same channel, I get an error notification email from IceTV and a yellow triangle on the App. Is this due to the fact that I have some padding built into all recordings? This recording conflict can occur whether there is a recording overlap on another channel or not. Any ideas?   

I am having exactly the same issue. Programmes scheduled on the Android tablet and phone do not make it to my new 7500T. I've tried resetting Apps and Syncing again. Only some programmes though. It seems random.

What happened to the ABC2 schedule on Sunday evening in the system? Foxtel got the changes into their system - a new documentary was scheduled - but not ICE TV. I am a long-term paid subscriber and have never noticed this before. Please do not drop from your usual high standards. I realise it may have been a last minute change due to the Catholic church story in the news and Spotlight winning an Oscar.   

I'm a paid subscriber but having intermittent problems setting series recordings using the Android App on phone and Sony tablet. I can usually record a single episode but it will not accept a series recording. To record a series, I need to go to my Humax recorder. I have reinstalled and reset the App on both devices. Any ideas?

As there has been no activity on this topic for a year, I guess there has been no change. Does anyone know (ICE TV staff?) if the ICE TV system is ever likely to be integrated with this Server. I currently have several shows on at the same time so 4 tuners would be an upgrade from my present Humax - at least I do get time conflict emails to make adjustments or resort to the Foxtel recorder.   

Made a claim to ANZ for a Visa refund. Unit ordered early June but never arrived. Full refund of $423.26 made to account a week or so later with the only proviso being they will reverse the refund if the unit ever arrives - most unlikely. Only required one phone call to ANZ to get a positive outcome.

My IceTV experience not that bad - paid $99 for 5 year (lifetime) subscription in February 13  so got 32 months at $3.09 per month. Now I have the money back, it will pay for a further 52 months on IceTV is the price remains at the current cost.

I would have liked the Skippa but my Humax works okay (although a few faults every now and then that appear and then disappear just as quickly).

And I get a scheduling service on phone, tablet and PC that works very well from anywhere in the world.

Looks like this has now been fixed. I found a workaround in just backing up 15 secs or so on the live feed then pausing the output but the live-pause facility seems to have been restored in the last 24-48 hours.

I do rely on your Coming Soon recommendations so looking forward to you getting around to updating this as soon as possible. As I time-shift almost all my TV viewing (except News and live Sport) I often miss the promos so a comprehensive 'Coming Soon' is valuable, especially if I stack a series to watch it all later.

Another happy customer.  8) Thanks Dave and the rest of your team - I can see the schedule being restored even as I look at the App. As a frequent overseas traveller, the Android App on Phone and Tablet made planning a joy anywhere in the world super easy The Coming Soon tab meant I did not even have to see a promo before deciding to record a show or series. It even remembered my favourites from one series to the next. I may have only one device (Humax) at the moment and may have lost a few years of membership but happy to pay the monthly subscription to keep ICE operating.
