According to the guide and the recordings, the episodes of The Mentalist transmitted on 31 December on &flix Melbourne were:
Pink Chanel Suit and Red Hot (Season 3, episodes 6 and 7)
however the episodes actually transmitted were:
Cackle-Bladder Blood and The Blood on His Hands (Season 3 episodes 2 and 3).
Things started to get out of sync with The Mentalist last week when, at the last minute Sever pulled the two episodes scheduled to be transmitted on Wednesday, and no ajustement was made by Ice TV to the episodes scheduled for the following day (Thursday). We now seem to be 4 episodes out - is it possible that there were two episodes scheduled for Wednesday 30 December and they were also pulled (possibly at the last moment again).
If the episodes continue in the order they have in fact being transmitted, the next episode should be Red Carpet Treatment.
7flix seems to be having problems with episodes on The Mentalist, there was a similar issue late in November.
