Moving back to Win 7 guide
« on: August 22, 2010, 09:33:10 AM »
I have had Ice TV for about 8 months now and due to its continued errors, I am moving back to Win 7 channel guide.  Every Friday night, I get the AFL recorded under the name of another show I had set to record.  Since moving that channel back to Win 7 guide, have had no problems

The same for ABC 24 news.  The Ice TV guide was hopeless so I set it for the Win 7 Channel guide and it is perfect.

It is a shame as Ice TV was great for Vista Media, but now that Win 7 can get the guide from the channels, it is more accurate than Ice TV, and I don't have to pay for it.

I wish you all the best with getting it right, but after looking at another page of postings about errors, missed shows, missed series etc, I think that is some time away.
