Lake Macquarie EPG channels
« on: October 27, 2011, 03:33:21 PM »

Is there any chance you can put Lake Macquarie as a region in the TV guide settings.

I don't live on the Central Coast, which transmits from a different location to most of the Central Coast.

The southern end of Lake Macquarie transmits from Mt Sugarloaf near Wallsend.

I would assume these are on different frequencies to the Central Coast one's.

Newcastle has also been left out of Regions also

Cheers Glenn

Hi Glenn,

The region for you to use is the Central Coast region.

The guide information for this region is valid for all channels from North of Sydney up to the QLD border.

The local frequencies in use don't matter to IceTV, just the LCN (Logical Channel Number) which is used to connect scanned in channels to IceTV channels.

We will look at getting the NSW region names updated to avoid confusion in the future.
