The Ex-PM Series 1 Episode 3 ABC sunday 1/11/15 11:15pm is a repeat of
The Ex-PM Series 1 Episode 3 ABC Wednesday 28/10/15 9:05pm.
It is set to record both in 'My Series'

Probably has but it set to record both in my T4.
Just checked & it is still there.

No repeat flag in my WMC guide but it is in the IceTV app.

If it's showing on the website and phone app but not in the guide on the recorder or Media Center then we have changed it and the Media Center or recorder will show it as well after it next updates the guide.
