Lost 9 network for Gold Coast
« on: November 01, 2015, 08:38:09 PM »
I cannot record any programs on the 9 network on my Skippa. I went and checked settings and it says 9 is unavailable, this is 9, 90, 91 etc. What is the problem and is anybody else having the same issue. I just got a notice my subscription has to be renewed by 14/11/15. If this is going to be an ongoing problem, I will think twice before renewing.

This is strange thing to happen. Have you attempted to rescan Nine network? To do this:

Menu
Settings
Scan

You can either do auto (scans all providers) or just Nine Network (not sure what physical channel Nine Network on the Gold Coast is). The process is described in the section of the manual dealing with System Settings - Channel Scanning (I think it is about page 43 of the manual).

Thanks for the quick response. I have recordings on other channels running atm so will do a rescan later and let you know how it goes.
