First 48
« on: July 06, 2010, 03:37:58 PM »
I keep missing the end of 'First 48' because channel 7 & 72 keep running waayyyy overtime.  This is despite the fact that I have a 15 minute buffer at the end of my recording!  I don't understand it; it is not like there is sport on beforehand which runs overtime to cause scheduling problems.  I suppose there is not much icetv can do about it though is there?  ???

HI. Not really. For IceTV it's a little 'damned if we do, damned if we don't.'

It's a minefield with all channels if we start to try second guess with their programming actual running times. As a fellow viewer I hear you. I guess make the padding a little longer. Their disregard for viewers has always astounded me.
