7 Local News

I seem to intermittently lose my recordings of 7 Local News, as Ice occasionally flags it as Seven News, followed by Today Tonight. It's like it sometimes ignores my region, and uses the Brisbane region.

In your IceTV My Account>TV Guide setup do you have only one of Seven - Brisbane, Seven - Central and Seven - QLD with a tick in the checkbox? Similarly for 7mate and 7mate on Prime, SC10 QLD and Ten Digital, and Nine Digital and WIN Television QLD?

I've had similar problems when I had an incorrect setup for this in the ACT guide.

Are you getting any warning triangles for the News recordings on your IceTV My Week page?

The only one that I had incorrectly ticked, was 7 mate on Prime, which I have unticked now. The rest I had already filtered years ago.

I set a manual timer for Mon and Tue last night, which are now showing as a single red circle on the online guide. Still reads Today Tonight for Monday Tuesday, then is correct the rest of the week...

I'd just put up with the two recordings possibly getting the wrong names and/or content, and then seeing how it goes from there.

Sorry, think this is actually our fault. 7 Qld was coming from Brisbane today and tomorrow. The guide has been amended and you should be seeing the 7 local news now on that channel.

Thanks. The rest of the week is OK. I dont care what the recording is called (most days it says 7 News and TT) as long as it records. This seems to be a common fault, however one of the only faults I have with the service.
