All the "bitesize" shows are actually repeats (bits out of previous shows).

They might be segments from already aired episodes but the episodes in the bitesize format are new.

Yes Dave is correct. The bitesize episodes are new for Poh & Co. series 2 on the SBS Food Network. The full episodes for series 2 are now all repeats.
