Looking at your account you appear to have a network or Internet quality or speed issue that is preventing the Humax from downloading the guide and schedules. Your Humax is downloading the guide from IceTV but because the Humax is not receiving all of the information, or not receiving it quick enough, it gives up and tries again 1 minute later. This behaviour can occur if your ISP has throttled your download speed, or your Internet service quality is poor due to lots of dropped packets or extreme latency.
Running the following Internet ping test on a computer using the same Internet connection as the Humax will highlight any Internet service issues.
http://www.pingtest.net/The results from the ping test should be:
Line Quality = A or B
Packet Loss = 0
Ping = less than 20 ms
Jitter = less than 10 ms
You can also test your current Internet speed at
http://www.speedtest.net/ The resulting download speed and upload speed will depend on your Internet Plan, but if you are only getting dial-up speeds then the Humax will struggle (i.e. A download speed below 0.5 Mbps). By comparison broadband download speeds vary from around 8 Mbps to 100 Mbps.
