New Humax HDR 7500T not showing EPG

Hello

I have just set up my new Humax from IceTV.  Everything appeared to go correctly.  During setup I choose IceTV EPG and entered my username and password.  I then received an email from IceTV that said "Thank you for registering for your Humax PVR . . . ", so assume that my Humax is talking to IceTV.  I am able to watch iView.  I can see the device on my home network, in fact can watch a recorded program on my computer.  So network and internet connectivity seem to be well and truly demonstrated.

When I press the 'guide' button on my Humax's remote the EPG screen comes up, but no program data is shown.

When I check 'My Account' on the IceTV website it shows 'You've never fetched the EPG'

Am I missing a step somewhere?

I think you've done everything correctly. Icetv service was not working last night for Humax and I haven't checked today. It's unusual for the service to be as wobbly as it has been lately but I believe they have been making some hardware changes. I'll check mine later to see if the EPG is back

John's issue was that his Humax had not automatically added the 3 months to his account. Not the Humax's fault, but something to be aware of.

Hey, Thanks Dave for posting a reply here as well.

You didn't mention that, it seems, the problem was caused by the fact that, apparently, the IceTV servers are case sensitive even for usernames

Yes and my problem was apparently unique-not a service issue too. Not quite sure what ts issue was  but all fixed now
