What is 7Mate HD Melbourn about?

Just did a rescan of one of my Toppys and it found 7Mate HD meblourne - coming soon. Is this "real" or is it a phantom. If real, will it be included in IceTV data?

Or is it another "for the duration of the AFL season" channel?

There's a little bit about it on Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/7mate#7mate_HD.

"A full-time high definition simulcast of 7mate will be launched on 16 January 2020." It will take the LCN of the old 7food network.

And most regions and Tasmania won't get it (at least for now): "The channel will be available on the Seven Network's owned-and-operated stations ATN Sydney, HSV Melbourne, BTQ Brisbane, SAS Adelaide, TVW Perth and STQ Queensland".
