Terrible SUPPORT

Guys I have purchased a renewal card from one of your resellers,  whereabouts on your website do you renew my subscription using a renewal card??    I can not see this anywhere.

I have called your office  sales/support twice and left my number and a day later still no reply
I have to say,  very bad service your running....

Simply go to www.icetv.com.au/prepaid to enter in the two unique activation codes printed on the subscription card in the fields provided.

This URL should be printed directly above the Card Number and Security code on your subscription card.

We are currently experiencing delays with our Customer Support as a result of very high volumes of support calls coming through our main 1300 654 803 number.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this and thank all those who are remaining patiently for their queries to be answered. Our regular level of support should resume shortly.
