Phoning support

Tried 5:30 Sunday afternoon and 7 Monday night, got an answering machine both times (I didn't leave a message). I thought both those times where staffed? Anyone else having trouble getting onto support?

The line will have been staffed, however currently we only have one support person manning the phones at any one time. If you get sent to voicemail then this probably means that the person is on a call at the time.

If you leave a message then we will get back to you, however if you don't leave a message there is nothing we can do.

Thanks Daniel, I'm not cranky about the voicemail and my expereince with you and your support staff has always been highly positive. I was just checking that I had my times correct. (I didn't leave a message as I have a 6 week old baby, so when you returned my call, you would end up talking to my voicemail!  ;D)

No worries, just as a confirmation as well, the support times are:

Monday to Friday - 9am to 9pm (Sydney time)
Weekend and Public Holidays - 12pm to 6pm (Sydney time)
