Sales and Support hours are midday to 8pm Tuesday to Friday and midday to 6pm Saturday (in Sydney time).

At the moment there is an unusually extremely high demand for support.

If your call is not urgent you may be better off sending an email.
https://www.icetv.com.au/cgi-bin/webpage.cgi?op=show_contact

- If anyone is calling because they are having trouble paying for a subscription or enabling auto renew: Please email support with your Member ID and "Problem Renewing" as the subject.

- If anyone is calling because they are worried that IceTV is being liquidated: The liquidation of the old IceTV will not affect the new IceTV service.

- If anyone is calling because their subscription has expired unexpectedly: IceTV went into administration on the 6th Oct all existing subscriptions from the old IceTV company were affected and are gone.

A new company has licensed the IceTV service from the administrators is offering the same TV guide / Smart recording service as the old company for a pre-paid $7.99 each month. If you resubscribe you will get to use your existing account details with the same user name and password and with your devices and series recordings intact.

After logging in to your account you can purchase a subscription by clicking on the green Buy Now button in the large yellow box here:
https://www.icetv.com.au/store

If you want to, you can enable Auto Renew during the checkout process.

Or you can enable Auto Renew here:
https://www.icetv.com.au/cgi-bin/webmembers.cgi?op=creditCard

Auto renew will renew your subscription a few days before your subscription expires, so it won't renew right away. If it is already expired, enabling auto renew adds 5 days to the expired subscription so auto renew can activate a few days before the subscription is about to expire.

If you prefer you can use Direct Deposit (ask us for our bank account details).
cheers

Dave

Thanks. Message sent (via the web form) - hope someone can have a look at it. Suddenly nothing seems to be working anymore.

The icetv website states that support is only for six days of the week, as per below:-

It's 5 days actually. Tue-Sat

Though with the zillions of people leaving voicemails out of hours and on Sun-Mon plus emailing on Sun-Mon it can take up to Thursday or Friday to catchup.

I knew I should have had a coffee prior to posting the earlier post, can't count the number of days!  :-[

Only 6 minutes to change it and reply. Those trying to contact IceTV would love a response like that

How many days wait should I expect to wait between leaving a voice message on the support line and getting a call back? It's two days now. It relates to auto-renewing an IceTV subscription :)

For that matter, can anyone translate "a few" to a number in the sentence "Your credit card will be debited automatically a few days before your
Subscription expires."?

Peter, my auto renew this month was processed the day prior to the expiry date.

Where are you seeing that text?

The "a few days before" needs to be changed to "a day before" or "the day before".
