Icebox2 dead?
« on: May 18, 2008, 02:27:18 PM »
Hey all hows it going?  I noticed recently that my IceTV guides werent fetching and when i tried to do a manual fetch it wouldnt work either?  so i had a look at my icebox (asus) to make sure it was all plugged in, and i noticed that none of the LEDs are light except the power LED is flashing.  Ive tried disconnecting power and then reconnecting but still the power light flashes.  Any ideas what has happened, and how i can get it back working?  I used to be able to log in to the icebox's ip address on the computer, but cant talk to it at all now.  Bit concerned.  Any help would be great.

My Icebox2 power supplied died. Sounds like that's your problem from your description. The output voltage has fallen below 5V. I just bought a universal unit from Jaycar to replace it. All well after that.
