Ice Tv has generated a problem!
Last Saturday, 12th March, I ordered a Beyonwiz from Ice TV because my Topfield seemed unfixable.
I managed tp get the Topfield going, and cancelled the order the following day.
I have both Sales Messages showing that I cancelled on Sunday.
I requested a confirmation but received none.
Today I notice that the recorder has been shipped.
There is no way I can to talk to anyone at Ice , and it looks like they don't read their messages.
I will be returning the Beyonwiz when its arrives.
HOW CAN I TALK TO SOMEONE?
