Single Episode recordings scheduled via IceTV remotely retrieve ok on EyeTV 3.0.3 but IceTV series recordings remained queued and won't retrieve.

I'd get something like that happen when EyeTV crashed and forgot its timer. IceTV had already sent them, and EyeTV didn't think to ask about them again.
I fixed it by going into my IceTV account page, and pressing the "resend all recordings" button. EyeTV picked them up the next time it queried IceTV.
This may not be what's affecting you, but it'd be good if you could rule it out.
(For the record, I found that EyeTV 3.0.3's scheduling code would crash EyeTV once or twice a week. 3.0.4 has been much better, i.e., the crashes have been different ones.)
