EyeTV3 - EPG empty

Hi, just wondering if IceTV has been successfully tested with EyeTV 3.01 and 3.02.  I have set up my 3-month free IceTV account when I installed EyeTV on Leopard and upgraded to 3.02, but when I go to the EPG get the message "The Program Guide has no data to display".  In preferences when I click "Update Now" it just says "contacting srver" then eventually "Update failed due to a server error".  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling just 3.01 with the same problem.

Everything else on the internet works, and the Widget works (and reloads) just fine.  I've also tried deleting the EyeTV device on the IceTV website and re-adding it, without success.  Anyone else had this problem or can IceTV suggest anything further?

Fixed it thanks to tech support over the phone - can't have special characters in password!
